At Rory's Travel Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
